typical accountabilities:
- provides professional technical/quality support to multiple quality teams/projects on a day-to-day basis
- demonstrates ability to work independently and in project settings to deliver objectives
- keeps own knowledge of best practices, industry standards and new developments in quality up to date (gmp & gdp)
- provides technical guidance for trouble shooting activities to help resolve existing problems, make judgements and anticipate future developments in astrazeneca’s quality related needs
- ensures adherence to quality standards and expectations across a broad range of services in order to provide a high quality, timely and cost-effective service
- provides support and assist in the preparation of information to discuss and help carry out improvement plans, priority setting, investigation reports, quality or performance improvement recommendations
- ensures adherence to quality, health and safety, good manufacturing practice, good laboratory practice and regulatory requirements of own work and others work
education, qualifications, skills and experience:
- essential: university degree level or relevant equivalent experience; experience of good manufacturing practice and quality environment; strong written and verbal communication skills; project management experience
- desirable: understanding of multiple aspects of physical plant, technical equipment and other elements of facilities management for quality assurance
