Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of custom Smartsheet-based solutions tailored to meet client business objectives.
- Define technical requirements and solution architecture through discovery sessions and design workshops.
- Develop and deploy custom integrations, APIs, and automation using languages like NodeJS, Python, or .NET.
- Act as the technical lead on client engagements, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and act as the Smartsheet platform subject matter expert.
- Engage in direct communication with enterprise clients, providing consultative guidance on technical solutions.
- Contribute to the overall architecture design by understanding integration patterns, data flows, and performance-driven design.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration roles.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and custom development in languages like NodeJS, Python, or .NET.
- Proven background in systems architecture and designing scalable, extensible solutions across multiple business systems.
- Demonstrated success working directly with enterprise clients in a customer-facing, consultative role.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and performance-focused architecture design.
