This includes receiving, storage, distribution and inventory control of products or materials. Oversee proper storage, kitting and assortment to lines.facilitate effective communication within the warehouse team and with other departments, ensuring proper alignment of objectives and expectations.identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes and propose solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs and minimize errors.evaluate employee performance, recommend appropriate disciplinary actions, recommends/maintains adequate staffing levels to respond to fluctuating workloads, and prepares performance reviews.submit shift updates/reports as defined, at the beginning, mid, and end of shift.education and experience requirementspreferred +7 years distribution experience leading multiple warehouse functions with progressive people leadership experience in large international organizations.self-starter with initiative. Must be able to execute tasks with minimal direct supervision.demonstrated ability to manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously.requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated computer literacy.experience with oracle and erp technologies.
