- lead a smooth transition from the retiring incumbent, ensuring continuity of customer relationships
- develop and execute strategic programs that accelerate growth and expand market share
- constantly monitor performance kpis and take smart corrective actions when needed
- strengthen existing business while identifying and driving new opportunities that deliver added value
- manage regional sales efforts with a focus on cost efficiency
- gather and share market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
- represent the company at technical and commercial conferences to enhance market reputationwhat we're looking for- degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands‐on industry experience
- 10+ years in sales or business development, ideally working with multinational customers and managing distributors
- experience selling polymer additives, polyolefins or other polymers and knowledge of polymer compounding
- ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- strong communication skills in spanish and english.
