Overviewwe are looking for a skilled servicenow administrator to manage, configure, and enhance the servicenow platform.
in this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to build scalable solutions that support business operations, improve workflows, and drive platform adoption.key responsibilities- administer, configure, and maintain the servicenow platform across development, testing, and production environments- design and develop workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and service catalogs- customize the platform including ui changes, scripting, and integrations with third-party systems- build and manage data pipelines, migrations, and ldap integrations- collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions- develop and maintain technical documentation and process guidelines- implement automation and integrations using servicenow orchestration- monitor system performance, ensure platform health, and troubleshoot issues- support software asset management (sam) within servicenow- continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and expand platform capabilitiesqualifications- 3+ years of hands-on experience in servicenow administration, development, or configuration- bachelor's degree in it, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)- strong experience with servicenow technologies and scripting (javascript, xml, html, css, ajax, json, http)- solid understanding of itsm processes and itil methodologies- experience with saas platforms, networking concepts, and email protocols (smtp, pop3)- knowledge of relational databases and enterprise it architecture- familiarity with application lifecycle management (design, development, testing, deployment)preferred skills- experience with servicenow service portal and integrations- knowledge of powershell and automation tools- exposure to managed services or professional service delivery environments- understanding of version control and devops practicescertifications- servicenow certified system administrator (csa) – preferredadditional requirements- strong problem-solving and analytical skills- proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently- experience in it service management (itsm); exposure to customer service management (csm) is a plus- ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
