what is the accelerate development program?
the accelerate development program (adp) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within bosch.
* focused on external local talent (mexican professionals)
* promotes professional development, enabling deep exposure to bosch products, processes, and technologies
* 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles
* you are hired as a full-time employee from day one, with the same benefits and career opportunities as any other bosch associate
* targets key positions with a fast-tracked development path
* supported by mentors, supervisors, and program coordinators throughout the journey
this program is the right fit for you if
you are passionate about corporate finance and eager to master industrial profitability. This role offers a 360° business perspective through two strategic pillars:
* cost accounting specialist:
o analyze financial impacts resulting from material changes in products.
o report budget variances and monitor cost targets for key plant products.
o participate in the master plan development and annual product costing calculations.
o provide support and present financial results directly to the business unit.
* strategic budget partner:
o evaluate continuous improvement projects in collaboration with various departments.
o guide cross-functional areas on budgeting processes and financial metrics.
o coordinate the budget forecast and master plan to drive cost reduction initiatives.
o present critical financial data to plant management.
qualifications
requirements:
* education: bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or related fields.
* language: intermediate english (professional speaking and writing proficiency).
* technical skills: proficient in microsoft office (advanced excel is a strong plus).
* soft skills: strong communication skills for high-level management forums and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
