key responsibilities
* lead and develop a high-performing accounting team by mentoring and guiding them towards excellence.
* oversight of general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close processes, and financial reporting in compliance with u.s. Gaap standards.
* prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable regulations to guarantee adherence.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights that support business decisions.
* identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
