as a
total rewards specialist
in the hr function, your focus will be to deliver on the local total rewards strategy for sales market mx-co-ec.
in this role, you will be a total rewards partner to different business areas in your sales market.
you will secure the implementation of total rewards practices and principles, global and local compliance, and local relevance to attract, retain, and motivate colleagues.
working with the total rewards manager, you will oversee the coordination and execution of all programs in compensation and benefits.
this hybrid role reports into our total rewards manager for sales market mx-co-ec and is based out of the mexico city support office.
responsibilities
implement, communicate, and monitor compensation and benefits programs
deliver global and local projects in the area of compensation and benefits for colleagues in sales market mx-co-ec
support the implementation of global rewards processes such as annual salary review, salary increase budget planning and salary structures review, annual benefit renewals and associated annual enrollment processes
facilitate discussions and feedback from hr and other stakeholders when needed
coordinate total reward communications and ensure local compliance with total rewards framework documents and guidelines
recommend updates to rewards policies, procedures, and forms related to compensation and benefits
coordinate benefit contract renewals, annual enrollment communications and annual wellness programming
coordinate and deliver total rewards trainings for hr, managers and/or colleagues
coordinate local peopledata compensation data governance and readiness of all systems and tools used for total rewards deliveries
assist in the analysis of external salary data to make informed recommendations on salary ranges and adjustments and perform geographical cost of living and cost of labor analysis, including equal pay analysis
assist with the evaluation and classification of positions within the organization based on job responsibilities, skills, and market data
maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure alignment with internal and external market practices
support hr with compensation offers, ensuring adherence to recommended guidelines
facilitate global survey submission process by proving local policy, practice, and compensation data
coordinate local international mobility processes in collaboration with global mobility teams and external consultants.
may perform other activities related to the position
up to 5% international or local travel may be required
qualifications
minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in compensation and benefits administration.
experience with international mobility processes strongly preferred.
knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee benefits & compensation programs preferred
enthusiastic, curious and driven to learn
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
fluent in spanish and english
detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
proficient in hris and microsoft office applications
ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
