as a member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and refine business requirements for hr systems supported by workday.
key responsibilities:
1. assist with implementation and upgrades for workday, including change management process, training plans, and communication strategies.
2. participate in the design and implementation of new workday functionality as business needs justify enhancements.
3. develop test scripts, document test scenarios, and perform testing activities of hr systems upon upgrade or launch of new features.
4. execute data conversion and data validation activities, resolve issues, and monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of hr systems.
5. generate reports that support metrics needed for the business and provide analysis as necessary.
