Ingeniero en telecomunicaciones*wexpand history*:at wexpand, we connect talent with opportunities.we help foreign companies build high-performance teams in mexico with a modern and human approach.we believe in talent, technology, and ideas that connect people.we're looking for someone who shares those values and can translate them into compelling designs.*about the role*: as a fiber scheduler, you are responsible for designing and overseeing project cost estimates of projects involving outside plant fiber and fiber optic cable placement.you believe in doing the job right.being the best.and you're up for the challenge.*key responsibilities*:- develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system.- review the progress schedules against the schedule deadlines .- participate in meetings with senior operations management, peers, and/or customers.- participate in estimating and bidding projects, contract negotiations, and change order preparation.- identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action.- monitor project progress with monitoring duties that include identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and achievement dates.*qualifications*:- advanced english- bachelor's in civil, construction, or electrical engineering or a related field- 1-3 years of fiber engineering and construction management experience- 1-3 years of outside plant and fiber optics engineering experience*soft skills*:- attention to detail- problem-solving skills- proactivity*technical skills*:- must be highly proficient with the microsoft office suite- required systems: excel, word, adobe, acad, designer, outlook, teams, google earth*schedule*:- monday to friday from 6:30 am - 3:30 pm pst onsite (gdl, cdmx, monterrey)- 15k netsueldo: hasta $15,* al meslugar de trabajo: empleo presencial
