key responsibilities:
* work with warm, qualified leads through email outreach and cold calling.
* run the sales cycle from discovery to close, managing client relationships and expectations.
* conduct virtual demos and present solutions in a consultative manner.
* use email outreach as a primary communication channel, supported by calls and linkedin networking.
* take ownership of assigned accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
* collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
* maintain pipeline accuracy and detailed notes in crm software.
required skills and qualifications:
* advanced or native-level english (spoken & written).
* 4+ years of b2b sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, hr services, or bpo.
* proven success selling to u.s. or canadian clients.
* strong track record of closing deals and managing accounts post-sale.
* excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional email outreach.
* crm experience (hubspot, salesforce, apollo).
* highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a remote-first setup.
* ability to work north american time zones.
