You'll lead client video calls, draft client-facing emails, and collaborate daily with a team that operates entirely in english.our clients and team operate across us eastern through pacific time. We expect core availability between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm eastern, with flexibility around how you structure the rest of your day.key responsibilitiesown 3–5 client web projects simultaneously, including timelines, budgets, scope, and all client communication from kickoff through launch.serve as the primary client contact: lead calls, present work, manage expectations, and navigate difficult conversations directly.produce ux strategy deliverables (sitemaps, content models, etc.) alongside the team. This is hands-on work, and comfort with contributing to these artifacts directly is important.coordinate shared design and development resources across concurrent projects, communicating priorities clearly and managing competing timelines.guide clients toward stronger decisions when needed — respectfully, specifically, and grounded in their business goals.contribute to process improvement.
