what you'll do:
* create and manage purchase orders (pos) and sales orders (sos), including updates based on sales activity
* handle invoicing, credit memos, and cost adjustments, including sales commission calculations
* maintain accurate order documentation and working files
* prepare order acknowledgements, pro forma invoices, and shipping documents (fedex/ups)
* resolve customer discrepancies and ensure compliance documentation (phytosanitary and heat certificates)
* confirm deliveries (pod) and maintain complete customer records
* review and manage payables (mills, freight, carriers, brokers), resolving discrepancies before processing
* coordinate with ar/ap teams on invoice and payment inquiries
* track railcars and shipments, including pedimento payments and coordination with mills, railways, and brokers
* monitor notices of arrival to ensure timely delivery
* act as main point of contact for reload partners and manage inventory tracking
* coordinate shipments and transportation within mexico
* reconcile inventory reports with internal systems
* prepare weekly and monthly reports
* provide administrative support and assist sales teams in mexico
