about the role
as a senior manager, consulting you will make an impact by leveraging your expertise in life and annuity (l&a) insurance processes to drive the development and configuration of life insurance systems. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with stakeholders and clients.
in this role, you will:
* serve as a business analyst for the development and configuration of life insurance systems, ensuring alignment with client needs.
* lead and contribute to at least two full implementation cycles for standard cots systems, preferably fast, alip, or oipa.
* apply your 8+ years of experience in the insurance domain, with a focus on life, annuity, and supplemental health.
* utilize design thinking to navigate fast-paced and ambiguous project environments.
* employ comprehensive requirement elicitation techniques and develop detailed specifications.
work model
we strive to provide flexibility where possible and support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs. This role is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in a client or cognizant office in mexico, based on business requirements.

what you must have to be considered
* demonstrated knowledge of life and annuity insurance processes.
