key responsibilities:
* provide administrative support to partners and principals, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
* maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring seamless data entry and retrieval.
* develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve results.
* prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required, adhering to established formatting guidelines.
required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (desired)
* at least 3 years' experience in an administrative or customer service position
* excellent proficiency in microsoft office suite, particularly word, powerpoint, and excel
* strong knowledge of crm systems (microsoft dynamics) a plus but not necessary
* fluent english language skills; portuguese fluency a desirable asset
