- Supporting project tracking, task management, and reporting
- Assisting with customer service, follow-ups, or documentation

- Collaborating with U.S.based managers or teams via Zoom, Slack, or similar tools
**Required Skills**:
- **Fluent English** (spoken and written) is essential
- Technological multitasking: ability to work with multiple platforms, tabs, and tools simultaneously

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage tasks across multiple areas or departments
**Experience Required**
- Experience in administrative, virtual assistant, or executive support is a must.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs, or project management software.
- Ability to adapt to new digital platforms quickly.
- Past experience supporting remote teams or working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
