About the role we are seeking an experienced brand strategy and marketing professional to join our team in mexico. As a member of our brand team, you will be responsible for building and executing marketing plans and strategies to drive key brand health metrics. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch strong brand campaigns and products, as well as analyzing post-launch results to assess impact. Responsibilities support the timely execution of marketing strategies and brand plans. Plan and execute long-term, mid-term, and short-term marketing initiatives considering timeline, budget, and main goals. Owning or co-leading projects, ensuring launching on time and form. Collaborating with different areas and stakeholders to build and launch strong brand campaigns and/or different products and features. Making post-launch analysis to assess the impact of our initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience in brand strategy and marketing. Strong marketing fundamentals/knowledge. Strong analytical and creative thinking. English and spanish professional proficiency. Experience building and executing marketing plans and gtm. Initiative, self-motivation, the ability to work independently. Organization and an orientation to detail. Proven success running integrated marketing campaigns. Excellent team player and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time.
