your role at vantive

looking for an experienced end user service (eus) lead to manage the vantive healthcare end-user computing environment, ensuring seamless it service delivery and optimal user experience. This role is responsible for implementing desktop, mobile, and virtual computing environments, collaborating with it support teams, implementing it security policies, and driving digital workplace transformation initiatives.

what you’ll be doing


responsibilities

* develop and implement a strategic roadmap for end user computing (euc) services to enhance productivity and user experience.
* design, package and implement customized operating systems.
* mentor a team of it professionals, including desktop support, service desk, and eus engineers.
* collaborate with stakeholders to align euc initiatives with business objectives and it strategies.
* coordinate with vendors and oversee contracts for euc hardware, software, and services.


service desk & remote desk support

* knowledge of service desk management and remote desk management.
* working knowledge of itsm processes and policies.
* ability to pull various reports from the cmdb using tools and utilities.
* working knowledge of ticketing tools (servicenow, remedy, jira, etc.).
* knowledge of identity management and it security policies.


end-user support & device management

* oversee provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
* application packaging, sccm administration, and system patch management.
* manage device enrollment, provisioning, and deprovisioning for corporate and byod devices.
* support microsoft endpoint manager (intune, sccm), windows autopilot, and mdm solutions for deployment.
* support intune & jamf environments, coordinating with intune team, vendors, and it teams on security policies and processes.
* ensure timely resolution of escalated it support issues and maintain high end-user satisfaction.
* optimize it service desk operations through automation, self-service portals, and proactive issue resolution.


security & compliance

* implement and enforce security policies for endpoint protection, data loss prevention (dlp), and compliance.
* administer software updates and endpoint security across all end-user devices.
* ensure adherence to industry standards (iso 27001, nist) and regulatory requirements.
* collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enhance device security, threat detection, and vulnerability management.


digital workplace & innovation

* drive digital workplace transformation by introducing modern euc solutions such as virtual desktop infrastructure (vdi), cloud-based workspaces, and collaboration tools.
* assess and implement ai-driven it support solutions, automation, and self-healing technologies.
* stay up to date with emerging euc trends, cloud computing, and ai-based it management to drive innovation.
* knowledge of network infrastructure, processes and policies is a plus.


project management & program management

* coordinate euc-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
* collaborate with management on global programs and projects.
* plan and manage the euc budget, optimizing costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* develop and maintain documentation for it policies, standards, and best practices.


what you’ll bring

required:

* 8+ years of experience in end user computing, it support, or related roles, with at least 2 years in os packaging and solution design.
* strong expertise in windows, macos, ios, and android device management.
* hands-on experience with microsoft endpoint manager (intune & sccm), active directory, and office 365.
* knowledge of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and compliance standards.
* cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* good communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and it teams globally.

preferred:

* certifications: microsoft certified: endpoint administrator associate, itil, pmp, or other relevant certifications.
* experience in virtual desktop infrastructure (vdi), citrix, or windows 365 cloud pc.
* familiarity with ai-driven it support, automation, and analytics for euc environments.


work environment
