we are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. As a business process analyst, you will be responsible for leading projects and working with business partners to define solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
key responsibilities
* act as technical lead for projects, interacting with stakeholders to identify and address key opportunities
* maintain project information and provide accurate status updates to key stakeholders
* translate business objectives into project requirements and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables
* identify and escalate issues and risks early to minimize impact on the business
* proactively identify opportunities to improve current solutions and processes
* formulate and define project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
* work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, document, and validate requirements for changes to business processes
requirements
* bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field
* 8 years of it experience
* experience leading personnel
* english proficiency
* experience working in a business environment performing analysis, gathering requirements, and problem solving
preferred qualifications
* experience working with global cross-functional teams
* demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise
* excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* project management training or experience
* proven ability to resolve problems independently and take appropriate action in a timely and professional manner
