Job informationaccountant sr. with extensive knowledge of us gaap and ifrs to join our corporate accounting department.
responsibilities include prepare journal entries, perform account analysis and reconciliations, fixed asset and prepaid expense management, and participate in month-end close.role & responsibilitygeneral accountingcomplete monthly and quarterly closing process, including variance analysis and footnote preparation.prepare monthly account reconciliations including intercompany transactions.prepare journal entries of various accruals and adjustments.research and identify appropriate resolution for any identified variances and prepare reclassification entries if needed.ad hoc reporting and projects as required by manager, internal/external auditor or headquarter.perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.close oracle modules and submit trial balance information for north america business units as assigned.assist in reporting of financial results.gather, analyze and summarize information for monthly reporting.assist with the preparation of quarterly footnotes and annual financial statements.fixed asset and lease managementmanage fixed asset subledger.fixed asset audits.manage lease accounting and reporting as related to ifrs 16 standard.job requirementeducation requirement: bachelor or masters in accounting.experience required: 4> 7 years.strong knowledge of us gaap and ifrs.cpa licensure or cpa candidate preferred.experience in a manufacturing environment, financial accounting, and month-end.strong excel and system skills (oracle/sap) and experience.accuracy and attention to detail.self-starter that can work independently on complex projects.excellent cross-functional teamwork skills.effective communication and interpersonal skills.strong time management and prioritization skills.equal opportunity employerdoosan bobcat is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.
