Responsibilities
* collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for oracle scm modules (order management, inventory, procurement, purchasing).
* translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure seamless integration with technical teams.
* support system testing cycles (uat, sit) and assist with defect resolution.
* develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and training materials for end-users.
* ensure oracle scm configurations support healthcare industry compliance, data accuracy, and business continuity.
* participate in production support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst (bsa) working with oracle scm modules.
* strong knowledge of oracle order management, inventory, procurement, and related scm functions.
* ability to facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into system solutions.
* hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
* experience in system testing cycles, uat coordination, and supporting go-live activities.
* excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and it teams.
nice-to-have skills
* knowledge of erp integrations with finance, crm, or third-party applications.
* experience with data migration and reporting within oracle scm.
* familiarity with agile methodology and tools (jira, confluence).
