this position offers high visibility within a growing organization for sales professionals experienced in surgical devices and passionate about various surgical specialties.
what you’ll do
* sell our orthopaedic portfolio, including sports medicine implants, biologics, capital equipment, and consumables.
* develop sales strategies for key accounts with support from the business unit director and marketing team.
* build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (kols).
* implement sales strategies and prepare customer proposals for sales, contracts, pricing, and consignments.
* respond promptly to customer requests and generate new sales opportunities while maintaining existing business.
* support surgical cases and set up trials.
* communicate effectively with senior executives and decision-makers.
* achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
what you’ll bring

* excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* at least 2 years of consistent success in medical device sales, preferably in the operating theatre environment.
