This role is hands-on, focused on hybrid cloud datacenter and core services platforms (active directory, entra id, dns, dhcp, pki, pam, etc.).
responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining the global hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency across public and private datacenters, and managing server computing technologies.
*requirements*:
- 10+ years of experience in hybrid-cloud technologies supporting and maintaining a global hybrid datacenter with microsoft azure cloud infrastructure and core services technologies such as active directory, entra id, privilege access management (pam)\hsm\kev vault, dns\dhcp\internal pki and cloud pki\certificates authority\public & private domain services\file & print, etc.
- 10+ years of experience in microsoft windows hybrid domain infrastructure environment, including server *, *, *, *, office 365, exchange online, sharepoint, and major linux operating systems, suse and rhel.
suse & rhel supporting sap s4 hana preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in hyper-converged infrastructure and datacenter virtualization, nutanix ahv, hyper-v cluster, azure stack and enterprise openshift.
nutanix ahv on dell xc-core server hardware preferred
- 5+ years of experience with orchestration and automation tools (terraform, powershell, ansible, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in networking and cloud platform management.
- bachelor's degree in computer science or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- certifications in core services, datacenter technologies, and itil preferred.
- strong communication, action-oriented, technically skilled, results-focused, and innovative.

- plan, deploy, and administer core services and hybrid-cloud infrastructure (azure, active directory, linux, etc.).
- supervise and delegate operations tasks, including system monitoring and problem resolution.
- collaborate with it teams and vendors to support system goals.
- ensure architecture standards and strategy alignment with global it initiatives.
- monitoring and maintaining our client ´s global hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
- participating in design, installation, configuration, patching, and system updates.
- overseeing the daily activities of contractors and managed service providers, including 24/7 system monitoring and change management.
- supporting incident response, troubleshooting, and infrastructure upgrades.
