About the Role
We are looking for a Compensation & HR Controlling Analyst to support global compensation strategies within a decentralized HR structure aligned with headquarters. This role combines analytical expertise with financial data management to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and accurate reporting. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Employer of Record (EOR) providers across multiple countries, providing insights that drive data-based decisions on compensation.
What You'll Do
- Support the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and equity programs.
- Conduct benchmarking and market research to inform compensation decisions.
- Prepare compensation proposals and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all compensation processes.
- Assist in developing and monitoring HR budgets related to compensation.
- Track and analyze compensation expenses, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation costs and trends.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives within HR.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Finance teams on compensation matters.
- Collaborate with EOR providers and integral HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with headquarters’ strategy.
- Provide data and insights to support HR projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices in international markets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
