* develop and drive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market penetration
* plan and implement integrated marketing initiatives aligned with brand direction, with a strong focus on the greater bay area
* lead china-oriented digital and social media strategies across platforms including wechat, weibo, xiaohongshu (red), and douyin
* drive brand innovation initiatives from ideation through execution
* track competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform business reviews and adjust brand strategies accordingly
key responsibilities
* oversee and manage overall brand health, equity, and performance
* lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring excellence in creative concept development, content creation, media planning, and execution across multiple touchpoints, with emphasis on china social platforms
* collaborate closely with media and social agencies to plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve brand outcomes
* implement china-focused social media programs across wechat, weibo, xiaohongshu (red), and douyin, leveraging data and analytics to measure roi and refine strategies
* work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to plan activities and ensure seamless coordination and high-quality execution
* support brand innovation projects, including packaging development and go-to-market execution
* manage assigned marketing budgets effectively in partnership with the finance team
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
* minimum 4 years of marketing experience within consumer goods, fmcg, or related sectors (experience in baby or infant care categories is an advantage)
* experience working in or with the mainland china market is highly preferred
* demonstrated success in driving engagement and performance on chinese digital platforms such as xiaohongshu (red) and wechat
* strong ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels
* highly self-driven with strong ownership, a proactive mindset, and a “can-do” attitude
* results-oriented and creative, with solid project management and agency management capabilities; adaptable and responsive in a fast-changing environment
* fluent in english, mandarin, and cantonese
