As a quality assurance specialist, you will be responsible for:

- business process management (report, cm, opportunities, contracts, plans).
- working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for customer improvement purposes. Standardization of processes.
- preparing proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes with a customer focus.
- handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

to be successful in this role you will have:
- english professional proficiency
- bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Experience in customer service and implementation of profitability plans
- a min. of 3 to 5 years’ experience in quality assurance.
