Job description
• develop strategies for the continuous improvement of health, safety, ergonomics, and environmental systems, as well as asset security systems and legal and government requirements.
• ensure the disciplined implementation and execution of iatf*, iso *, and iso* systems.
• develop strategies to ensure compliance with safety, ergonomics, and environmental kpis.
• ensure compliance with ams safety and environmental requirements.
• prepare the correct budget calculation for the fiscal year (profit plan).
• initial contact during visits and audits from government agencies, including audits focused on health, safety, ergonomics, and environment (hsee).
• develop effective programs to create a safe workplace in accordance with corporate, government, and other requirements.
• coordinate asset security systems
• coordinate on-site medical staff (medical service) to ensure primary care for employees and implement occupational health campaigns
• coordinate the session schedule and work plans for the joint health and safety commission
• develop talent within your organization
• monitor the execution of ergonomics-oriented actions
• maintain risk prevention programs – fire, earthquake, emergencies involving hazardous chemical materials.
• participate in the control room meeting and conduct walkthroughs in accordance with staff and earp planning.
• implement the health, safety, ergonomics, and environmental management system when implementing new projects.
