This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, end-to-end recruitment expertise, and advanced english to support international clients.key responsibilities- manage the end-to-end it recruitment process for positions supporting the u.s. market. - partner with hiring managers and international clients to gather and understand technical requirements. - actively source and headhunt it talent through linkedin recruiter and other channels. - conduct candidate screenings, technical evaluations, and cultural assessments. - coordinate and support interviews with u.s.-based stakeholders in english. - maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting using ats platforms. - drive offer management and successful hiring closures.requirements- 5+ years of experience as an it recruiter. - proven experience recruiting for u.s. companies or clients. - strong understanding of the u.s.
