Perfil requerido:
- Licenciatura Negocios Internacionales, Contabilidad, Administración o afín.
- Ingles Avanzado
- Experiencia minima de 2 años en posicion similar.
- Conocimientos en Logistica terrestres, facturación, auditoría o administración financiera, reportes financieras
Responsabilidades principales:
- Revisar y verificar datos de facturación para asegurar su precisión.
- Generar y entregar facturas a clientes internos y externos.
- Investigar y resolver discrepancias en la facturación.
- Atender consultas de clientes relacionadas con facturación.
- Apoyar en los procesos de cierre mensual.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la precisión en la facturación.
- Realizar actividades diarias de facturación y auditoría de reclamaciones asignadas.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y regulaciones estatales y federales.
