we are seeking a high-impact, strategic, and results-driven
marketing manager, latam
to lead our marketing efforts across the region, with a primary focus on the high-growth markets of
mexico and brazil
. This pivotal leadership role requires
5+ years of experience
and is responsible for owning the end-to-end multi-channel marketing strategy, maximizing inbound lead generation, and driving tangible business growth across latin america. The manager will act as the internal regional champion, overseeing all local marketing investments, and critically, managing the performance and output of key external marketing, content, and seo agencies.
qualifications and experience
5+ years
of progressive professional experience in a marketing management or leadership role, preferably in a b2b or technology-focused environment.
proven expertise in developing, launching, and managing successful marketing strategies and campaigns specifically in
mexico and brazil
.
ability to transition between high-level
strategic planning
and
hands-on
digital execution (digital marketing, lead tracking, and content creation) to effectively manage team/agency performance.
experience working with and
managing external marketing, content, and seo agencies
across different jurisdictions, ensuring accountability for regional performance targets.
deep familiarity with digital marketing stacks, including marketing automation platforms, crm systems, and advanced analytics tools.
great written and verbal communication skills in
english and spanish
. Proficiency in
portuguese
is highly desirable.
key responsibilities
1. Regional strategy & growth ownership:
own and define latam strategy:
develop and execute the comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy for mexico and brazil, focused on achieving regional revenue and lead generation targets.
market intelligence:
conduct continuous competitive and market analysis to identify regional trends, customer insights, and strategic positioning opportunities.
2. Campaign management & performance:
lead campaign execution:
strategically plan, launch, and monitor localized digital marketing campaigns (paid search, email, social) to drive high-quality conversions.
reporting & optimization:
ensure robust lead tracking, scoring, and reporting mechanisms are in place to manage regional marketing budgets for maximum roi.
3. Agency & content governance:
agency management:
act as the primary manager for all external marketing, content, and seo agencies, holding them accountable for regional performance and budget adherence.
content direction:
direct the strategy and localization of high-quality content (in spanish and portuguese) to build brand authority and support the inbound funnel.
4. Brand & community engagement:
regional brand presence:
lead the strategy for professional social media platforms (primarily linkedin) to increase brand reach and foster community engagement.
event support:
provide strategic oversight for all virtual and in-person marketing initiatives, including webinars and industry events in latam.
