es responsable de atender a cada uno de nuestros huéspedes de forma eficiente y amable. Le da seguimiento oportuno a todas las peticiones que requiere nuestro huésped. Recibe y atiende a nuestros huéspedes amablemente con una sonrisa y siempre dirigiéndose a ellos de manera respetuosa y utilizando los estándares establecidos por esperanza an auberge collection.
deberes y responsabilidades
* when handling the first shift, opens the spa and ensures it is clean, organized and serves guests who arrive during opening.
* in the evening shift, closes and leaves everything in order for the next day.
* organizes the workload and distributes it according to the therapists scheduled for the day.
* ensures all supplies, linens and raw materials are available for the day and notes potential shortages for future orders.
* creates reservations for treatments and provides information about spa services, in person, on the ipad or over the phone.
* welcomes guests when they arrive to start their treatment and provides relevant information before the treatment using appropriate phrasing.
* introduces the guest to the locker manager and ensures the treatment starts on time.
* knows and applies esperanza an auberge resorts & lqa standards.
* prepares charges and daily sales reports.
* provides tours and information about the spa when required.
* promotes treatment sales to guests seeking information.
* explains and recommends all treatments in english, including benefits, duration and cost.
* confirms treatment reservations by phone or email and sends the corresponding confirmations.
* promotes and explains our activity program to guests when needed.
* promotes our consumer centers and activities available on property to guests.
* after a treatment, checks guest satisfaction and solicits feedback.
* invites a guest about to leave to book another treatment and attempts to sell a “retail” item.
* waves goodbye to departing guests and invites them to return.
* constantly informs therapists of upcoming treatments so they are prepared.
* immediately reports to management if a guest presents a complaint or dissatisfaction.
* creates a pending list for the next shift.
* does not leave position until the incoming shift person arrives.
* familiar with emergency procedures when required.
* prepares the spa audit report at closing.
* fills out the “concentración de valores” form and deposits it at the hotel reception during cash sales.
* performs end‑of‑day credit card terminal reconciliation, ensures all cabins are closed and orderly, following closing procedures.
* turns off lights, candles and closes the spa.
* verifies all is turned off, clean and arranged before locking the staff room.
* holds keys in a briefcase at the security office.
* manages the petty cash for operations.
* handles cash, checks and transfers corresponding to daily sales.
* manages inventory of retail items.
