this is a full-time, work-from-home vacancy we want individuals who chase growth and set ambitious goals.

responsibilities:

position overview:

we're seeking a results-driven contracting & construction account manager to lead client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and oversee project execution across multiple multifamily communities. This role blends sales and operations, focusing on building strong partnerships with property managers and management groups while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

successful candidates are relationship builders who understand how to turn client needs into opportunities. They're skilled at crafting clear proposals, managing multiple accounts, and ensuring every project reflects our standard of quality and reliability.

prior experience in multifamily renovations or property management is a strong plus.

we offer incentives and commissions in addition to the fixed salary described below.

qualifications:

* experience: prior 2-3 years experience in multifamily renovations or property management is a strong plus.
* knowledge: strong knowledge of property management principles, real estate laws, lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance practices.
* skills:
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* tech savvy and proficient with google and microsoft office suite (excel, word, outlook).
* detail-oriented.
* bilingual
* proactive
* organized

requirements

* able to fluently speak, read and write in english.
* advanced conversational english. (little to no accent)
* ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
* college preferred or equivalent experience.
* own a modern computer (i3 processor or above, 8 gb ram)
