Your responsibilities will include:analyzing project portfolios, existing methodologies, and prioritization mechanisms to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.designing and implementing pmo models, governance structures, and project management processes tailored to construction projects.defining and enhancing project control, monitoring, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and accountability.translating complex findings into actionable recommendations and executive presentations for senior leadership.facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive alignment and adoption of new processes.supporting digital transformation initiatives, including the use of tools like procore for project management.traveling regularly to chihuahua to collaborate with on-site teams and clients.who you areyou are an experienced engineer with a passion for project management, process optimization, and driving organizational change.
