Job Description 
The Financial Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing financial information to help organizations make informed financial decisions. This includes forecasting future financial trends, preparing financial reports, and identifying financial risks and opportunities. 
Location: Reynosa, Mexico 
Key Responsibilities 
Collect and analyze financial data using various software programs. 
Review financial statements to identify trends and forecast future financial performance. 
Provide financial analysis and reporting to management teams to support strategic decision-making. 
Develop and monitor financial models to identify potential risks and opportunities. 
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. 
Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. 
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required. 
Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field. 
2+ years of experience 
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting. 
Experience with financial software programs such as Excel, SAP, and Oracle. 
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
Strong understanding of financial systems and processes. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
