littelfuse seeks an experienced warehouse and distribution center manager to oversee the efficient operation of warehouse and shipping areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely material supply to production lines, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating customer shipments.

* key responsibilities:
* supervise daily operations of material receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of finished goods.
* ensure timely material supply to production lines aligned with lean manufacturing principles and production plans.
* maintain accurate inventory records in erp systems, minimizing physical and accounting discrepancies.
* lead warehouse layout optimization for operational efficiency, as well as 5s, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
* coordinate customer shipments (domestic and international), ensuring timely, complete, and accurate deliveries.
* implement and monitor key performance indicators such as inventory levels, cycle count accuracy, on-time-in-full (otif) rates, and customs-trade partnership against terrorism (ctpat) compliance.
* design and oversee cycle count programs focused on high-turnover or critical areas.
* establish pre-shipping quality checks and manage export documentation aligned with customs and fiscal regulations.
* ensure full compliance with ctpat requirements: physical security, access control, cargo inspection, and staff training.
* drive continuous improvement initiatives including process automation, digitization, and lean/six sigma tools.
* lead and develop the warehouse and shipping team with a focus on collaboration, performance, and development.
