Your New Role :
The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, communications, and analysis skills. This role will workon multiple and diverse projects across the Enterprise Data and AIservices team.He or she will work closely with business users creating business/functional specifications, giving training and leading process reengineeringworkshops.
Your Role Accountabilities:
BusinessAnalysis
:
Create and maintainbusiness specifications requiredfor the ESS data and shared servicesteam, including data products, application developments, and robotics and automation solutions.
Training : Coordinate and host training sessions with end-users and stakeholders.
Process reengineering : Coordinate design-thinking and process reengineering workshops with stakeholders. Create materials and deliverablesrequired to ensure the right execution of these processes.
Stakeholder management : Build long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
5+ years proven experience in business analysis, being part of diverse product and solution lifecycles.
Strong analysis skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
Business savvy, specifically in the media & and entertainment industry
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving technological landscape.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and engage teams.
Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Fluent inEnglish
