* fulfill the activities agreed upon with the client (sending reports, controlling and following up on corrections and incidents).
* carry out the integration and sending of foreign trade files generated by daily operations.
* participate and comply with the implementation of innovation projects assigned to your area.
* review the operations tracker/minutes of meetings, following up on the activities generated from them.
* assist the company's operational areas in solving problems that arise in customs clearance and/or with the customs broker.
* maintain constant communication with the client to ensure all their requirements are met.
