As an hr professional, you will be responsible for providing support to the mexico hr business partner in various human resources areas including employee relations, performance management, change management and employee engagement.
key responsibilities:
* ensure compliance with all union practices and activities throughout the year, including collective bargaining agreements.
* support hr-related activities during iso audits.
* oversee annual processes related to talent management, performance management and salary reviews for the unionized group of employees in mexico.
* assist with offboarding processes as needed.
* follow up on hr-related vendor payments.
* update local hr policies and procedures to ensure alignment with both local regulations and global standards.
