Zurich Capability Center is looking for a
Business Analyst
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements related to insurance products and processes.
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with the various areas involved.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the correct translation of needs into deliverables.
Monitor the performance of solutions and identify opportunities for improvement based on data and results.
Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry (preferably Commercial Insurance, Property & Casualty).
Solid knowledge of insurance sector products, processes, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
Experience in business process modeling and requirements management tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, international environment.
English level: Intermediate-Advanced (mandatory)
