**Main activities**:
The role holder's principal accountability would be to design and execute internal and external communications plans to support business and technology activities, in line with HSBC policies. Communications team would support internal communications for employees as well as external communications for a variety of audiences.
The role would report to a senior communications professional, though may also report to Business or Project managers when supporting particular campaigns.
**Principal and Responsibilities**
- Using insight and engagement of stakeholders in determining communication needs
- Designing communications plans to support business activities and strategies
- Participating in communication campaigns and projects to support business activities and strategies
- Creating engaging content in line with HSBC values and ensure alignment with Global policies
- Ensuring effective communication of HSBC priorities, company purpose and business activities to diverse audiences
- Executing communications strategies internally and externally
