This role serves as the primary point of contact for advertisers, managing complex campaign execution while driving strategic recommendations and workflow improvements.primary responsibilities strategic partnership & consultation• serve as a knowledgeable partner on advertising solutions and as the primary point of contact for campaign launches • educate advertisers on policies, creative best practices, and established workflows (sops) • lead strategic advertiser engagements including quarterly creative reviews, campaign kickoff calls, and creative performance deep dives • collaborate on internal business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)campaign execution & management • project manage execution of complex advertising campaigns with internal design, ad operations, sales, ad policy, product teams, and external stakeholders • manage end-to-end campaign execution and lifecycle • oversee creative asset management and trafficking (1p and 3p) • perform quality assurance and technical troubleshooting throughout campaign lifecycleperformance optimization & analysis • analyze campaign results to deliver creative and strategic recommendations that optimize advertiser kpis • provide campaign insights to continuously optimize performance and advertiser satisfaction • identify and implement workflow improvements to provide a friction-free experience for partnersoperational excellence • own and execute billing and reconciliation processes • drive process improvement and workflow optimization • deliver against key business metrics to maintain a high bar for service qualityrequired experience & skillset • 4+ years of relevant experience in digital media, advertising, and/or account management in client-facing role (s) • experience in programmatic advertising and providing hands-on service in dsps • experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify key insights • experience working cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets • adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical and operational capabilities • excellent organization, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills • experience with creative and tracking tags • experience with ms office, photoshop, and salesforce
