we are seeking a *bilingual construction operations manager* to oversee and optimize our internal administrative processes, manage office employees, and drive company growth by mastering our internal operating systems.
this role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving workflow efficiency, and providing leadership to our office staff.
*key responsibilities*:
- learn, implement, and optimize our internal operating systems to improve efficiency.
- take full ownership of administrative tasks, including payroll, invoicing, permitting, and data entry into our crm.
- manage office employees, assign tasks, and ensure accountability within the team.
- oversee job scheduling, material orders, and workflow coordination between office and field operations.
- act as a liaison between field crews and office staff to ensure seamless communication.
- assist in financial management by tracking job costs, monitoring accounts receivable/payable, and providing reports.
- maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
- identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic solutions to enhance business operations.
- support the company's growth by contributing to leadership meetings and company-wide initiatives.
*qualifications*:
- *fluent in english and spanish (required).

- bachelor's degree in *construction management, business administration, or a related field* (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
- strong background in construction business operations, preferably in roofing or a related trade.
- experience in *managing office staff and administrative processes* within a construction company.
- ability to *learn and implement new software systems* efficiently (jobnimbus, quickbooks, connecteam, or similar).
- highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
