*about the role*:
a lead generator sets up a potential policy sale and transfers it over to an agent to complete the sale. The lead generator learns the customer's needs and knows some product information to complete this task.
*key responsibilities*:
- communicates effectively with internal customers and employees for follow up purchases of customers.
- identifies the customer’s need and responds appropriately and efficiently with a sense of urgency

*education and experience*
- high school diploma or equivalent experience
*functional skills*
- ability to multi-task (i.e. talking and typing simultaneously)
- proficient in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook) and basic internet skills
- professional verbal and written communication skills
- ability to navigate through multiple systems
- bilingual in english and spanish
