our people are our greatest strength: provides support in functional areas of human resources including employee relations, performance management, change management and employee engagement. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources priorities and goals for the site in alignment with the broader organizational priorities.
what will you do?
* supports in all union practices and activities throughout the year, including collective bargaining agreements.
* manages and resolves employee relations issues in partnership with hrbp manager and line managers/supervisors.
* collaborates with hrbp manager to work closely with managers and employees to improve engagement, retention and a healthy work environment by giving follow up to action plans derived from the official mexican norms: nom035 and nom037.
* provides support on hr related activities when having iso audits.
* supports annual processes related to talent management, performance management and salary reviews for the unionized group of employees in mexico (supply chain & ops).
* assists with offboarding processes when needed.
* hr related vendors payment process follow up.
* assist with local recruitment by managing requisitions through full lifecycle.
* provide an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process via regular and timely communication and status updates.
* maintain ta systems and trackers in a timely and accurate manner.

hard skills:
* education: bachelor's degree related to hr is a must
* languages: conversational english
* knowledge and use of excel and power point
* experience: at least 3 years of experience in hr
