we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of *analyst time deposit*
- attention monetary and non-monetary maintenance of products.
- attend clarifications for the products contracted by the client.
- by-product changes.
- validation of statements of accounts.
- address changes requested by product, rates, prices and isr exemption, for investment accounts.
- attention to product claims.
- generate information for the regulatory reports area.
requirements

- bachelor's degree in administration, administrative informatics or economics
- advanced excel (macros)
- sql and visual basic intermediate.
*experience*:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in attention monetary and non-monetary maintenance of products
