we are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused hr generalist to join our team in mexico city.key responsibilitieshr administrationmaintain and update employee records and documentation.administer employee benefits and liaise with external providers.provide day-to-day support to employees on hr-related matters.health, safety & compliancemonitor compliance with workplace safety, health, and fire regulations.support emergency preparedness and ensure training certifications are current.recruitment assist in full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.support employer branding and internal referral initiatives.oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.coordinate with internal departments (it, facilities, payroll) to ensure all tools and systems are ready on day 1.deliver onboarding sessions and provide orientation on company policies and culture.monitor completion of required documentation and training during the onboarding period.learning & development (l&d) supportcoordinate training sessions, both internal and external.track and maintain employee training records and compliance courses.support performance review cycles and individual development plans.qualificationsminimum 2-3 years of experience in human resources roles.intermediate- advanced english (written and spoken) is required.strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.proficient in microsoft office; experience with hris tools is a plus.discreet, proactive, and resourceful when dealing with sensitive matters.familiarity with local labor laws and compliance standards is desirable.
