Assist management in training, motivating employees, and serving as a role model.
Maintain uniform and professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information, and protection of company assets.
Welcome guests, address service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Use clear, professional language, prepare and review documents accurately.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support team success.
Monitor others’ performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations.
Read and verify information in various formats.
Move, lift, and carry objects weighing 10 lbs or less without assistance.
