Responsibilities
- Conduct 80–100 daily touchpoints via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Qualify leads and book meetings with decision-makers.
- Communicate Floqer’s value clearly and confidently.
- Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and Floqer.
- Collaborate closely with the founding sales team to refine outreach strategy and messaging.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a BDR / SDR / Sales Executive (preferably SaaS or Tech Sales).
- Confident cold caller and comfortable handling objections.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
- Experience with Clay or similar GTM workflow tools is a strong advantage.
- Competitive base + performance-based incentives.
- Work directly with the founding team on North American accounts.
- Exposure to the integral SaaS market and real startup growth.
- 100% remote with flexible hours and strong career progression.
