totko agency is looking for a proactive business development representative to help us connect with brands seeking performance-driven marketing solutions in mexico and the u.s.
in this role, you'll be responsible for opening new conversations, identifying opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline for our team.
you'll work closely with marketing and leadership to generate qualified leads and help expand our client portfolio.

*lead qualification*: engage with inbound and outbound prospects, uncover business needs, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
*market research*: identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers that align with totko's ideal client profile.
*relationship building*: understand client challenges, growth goals, and marketing objectives, and position totko's solutions accordingly.
*collaborate*: work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaigns, messaging, and market trends.
*represent the agency*: participate in networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings when applicable.
*what we're looking for*
*experience*: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or account acquisition.
experience in marketing, advertising, saas, or agency environments is a strong plus.
*language*: fully bilingual, c1/native english required.
*education*: degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
*tech savvy*: comfortable using crm platforms like pipedrive, linkedin sales navigator, prospecting tools, and sales automation software.
*soft skills*: strong communication skills, resilience, initiative, organization, and a results-oriented mindset.
