as a service delivery manager, you will be responsible for:
* leading the operations of drilling & completions fluids.
* setting up an annual plan for the product line with successful growth, aligning with expected deliverables, and planning resources for efficient, profitable, and compliant delivery.
* managing the financial results of the product line in the country, including p&l responsibility.
* employee management, talent development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, hs&e, quality training, planning, and budget management.
* executing service delivery tools like job center to manage work activities, job programs, and design in collaboration with sales, marketing, and clients.
* maintaining and enhancing existing business contracts and pursuing new business opportunities.
* overseeing and enforcing hs&e, qa/qc, hr, financial, and compliance policies.
* collaborating with product line hq and technology teams to leverage expertise.
* working with other product lines regionally and ensuring activities align with company principles and culture.
* engaging with sales and communication teams and interacting directly with customers to understand activity forecasts.
* ensuring team understanding of contracts and budgets, supervising financials.
* developing the team according to competency and training programs, supporting career growth.

to succeed, you should have:
* a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
* 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in profit & loss management.
* expertise in dcf portfolio: drilling fluids, completions fluids, solids control & waste management.
* experience in onshore and offshore dcf operations.
* proficiency in microsoft office and sap.
* leadership experience and talent development skills.
* ability to grow a business profitably, be action-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable to ambiguity.
* strong relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery skills.
* excellent communication skills in english and preferably spanish.
* willingness to travel at least 30%.
* experience in country/district operations management is preferred.
* deep understanding of product lines/services, customer needs, and market conditions.
